2, Click "View Inquiry Basket" Button to view or setting the quantity for every of items them click update;
3, Click "Inquiry Now" Button;
4, If you not a member at our website, you can Create a new account. If you wouldn't like to be a member, you can fill in the blank of the inquiry sheet then Send your inquiries and messages direct to us;
5, If you have been a member at our website, Log in before you send the inquiry, then you needn't to fill in the contact information;
6, Submit Inquiry;
7, We will send you the Proforma Invoice for your approval;
8, Pay payment to us;
9, We ship out the order to you.

Ask -2.HOW TO ORDER? Method B:Email your demand list to us for sale-confirmation.

Answer-

1, View our online products.

2, Email your Excel order list to us, the list including the item numbers and quantity you want to order.

3, We will send you the Proforma Invoice including the shipping cost for your approval.

4, Pay payment to us.
5, We ship out the order to you.

Answer-

Normally we are able to supply the products according to the picture or the real sample. Pls click Pricing page online for more details. Or you can contact us for the detail information, then we will let you if we can.

Ask -4.Custom Problems

Answer-

1.We will declare the goods as SAMPLE or GIFTS and underestimate the value of the goods when we ship them to you, so you don't pay the customs tax or only pay little for it.

2.Buyer responses for (in case) all tax or VAT under any circumstances.We will do our best to minimum the risk. However, the final decision is your country's Customs.

Answer-

For most of our products, there is no minimum order quantity,you can take 1pc each item.

Ask -6.Discount policy

Answer-

Discount 6% when your order amount over $1000.USD;

Discount 10% when your order amount over $2000.USD;

Discount 15% when your order amount over $5000.USD;

More than order over 10,000. USD, Please contact us with your detail order to negotiate and arrange produce and lead time etc.

Tips: Total amount exclude shipping cost.

Delivery Time: If your order at our stock qty, we can deliver for you in 1~3 days;

Shipping cost will depend on the weight of the order and the destination countries. we will quote you the detail shipping cost when receive your order.

Ask -8.Payment Methods

Answer-

Usually we accept Payment via PayPal , Western Union and Bank Transfer (T/T).

1. PayPal:Pls notice us after you make payment to our PayPal account.Our paypal account is fyljewelry168@gmail.com

2. Western Union : Pls give me MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number), sender name, receiver name if you done the payment via Western Union. We will go to get the payment and ship the goods to you asap.

3. Bank Transfer (T/T): Pls send us the transfer payment copy after you done the payment via Bank Transfer, then we could arrange your goods before your payment in our bank account.(Buyer responses payment charges)

Ask -9.Transport (Fast delivery for wholesale from China)

Answer-

We use FedEx, DHL, and UPS..., from China to major destinations like US, Europe, Australia, etc.only takes 2 to 5 days.

For bulk order ,you can select air freight or sea freight ,They are cheaper.

For some small order ,we also can send out by China Post or Hongkong Post airmail.But it takes about 10-35days to there.

Answer-

 If you are unsatisfied with the jewelry items you receive, we accept returns up to 10 days after the order has been delivered to the customer. The process for making a return is as follows:

1) You must send an email to sales@fyljewelry.com  to let us know you making a Return;
2) You MUST include a copy of your original invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the jewelry is being returned;
3) All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging;
4) All products must be received back in the original package and condition in which they were shipped;
5) We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and discounts when we receive the goods from you.
